Very good service right from my intial enquiry. I had a few issues setting the light up but the support was superbe and the issues very easily overcome, so all in all an easy process.
The light works perfectly and really is fit and forget.
The only downside is that cubase doesn't produce a seperate MIDI message for pre-roll so our light just goes red as soon as record is pressed no orange light for pre-roll. A very small gripe which has nothing to do with the light itself.
Get one very good value for money.
